Relationship/Dating/Sex Coaching
Navigating intimacy, connection, and conflict without societal boxes - here we help you create and maintain your own!
Our attachment patterns, desires, fears, boundaries, and communication styles are shaped by trauma, family systems, culture, gendered expectations, and power dynamics — not personal failure. Whether you’re dating, partnered, non-monogamous, questioning, or rebuilding after rupture, this space centers curiosity, consent, autonomy, and emotional accountability.
Coaching supports you in understanding how you relate, why certain patterns repeat, and what it looks like to build relationships that feel safer, more aligned, and more sustainable — with others and with yourself.
This is a sex-positive, kink-affirming, and non-pathologizing space. You do not need to justify your relationship structure, desires, or identity here.
What to Expect
-
An affirming, non-judgmental space
You will not be pushed toward any specific relationship style, outcome, or moral framework. Monogamy, non-monogamy, polyamory, kink, casual dating, long-term partnership, and chosen singleness are all approached with respect and neutrality.
-
Support across the full relationship spectrum
Sessions may focus on dating dynamics, communication breakdowns, trust and jealousy, boundary setting, sexual or emotional intimacy, attachment patterns, power imbalances, or navigating difference — including mismatched needs, identities, or expectations.
-
Trauma-informed and attachment-aware work
We explore how early experiences, relational wounds, and nervous system responses show up in dating and relationships — without blaming you or your partner(s). This includes patterns like people-pleasing, avoidance, hyper-independence, anxious attachment, or fear of vulnerability.
-
Practical, real-world tools
Coaching can include support with communication strategies, consent conversations, boundary clarity, repair after conflict, dating fatigue, navigating apps, redefining expectations, and making values-aligned relationship decisions.
-
Inclusive of complexity and change
Relationships evolve — and so do people. This work makes room for ambivalence, grief, desire, curiosity, and uncertainty, especially when transitioning between relationship structures, exploring identity, or renegotiating agreements.
Who This Is For
-
People actively dating and feeling stuck in repeating patterns
-
Individuals navigating modern dating culture, apps, or dating burnout
-
People in relationships seeking support with communication, intimacy, trust, or conflict
-
Couples and partners working on repair, renegotiation, or deeper connection
-
Polyamorous, ethically non-monogamous, open, or relationship-diverse individuals and constellations
-
Members of the kink and BDSM community seeking affirming, informed support
-
Singles exploring boundaries, self-trust, desire, and relationship readiness
-
People unpacking attachment wounds, relational trauma, or people-pleasing dynamics
-
Anyone questioning inherited scripts about love, commitment, gender roles, or “how relationships are supposed to work”
You do not need to be in crisis — or even in a relationship — to do this work. Coaching is about intentional relating, self-awareness, and building connections that reflect who you are now, not who you were taught to be.
